Return, Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Refund Policy
A refund will be issued only if the shipment has not been delivered within 45 days of payment confirmation. No refund will be processed outside of this condition.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong or Defective Shipment — If the customer receives an incorrect or defective item, an exchange will be arranged. In this case, Tick Bags will bear the shipping charges both ways.
• Change of Mind — Exchange due to change of mind is not applicable on custom orders. For all other standard orders, an exchange is possible within 7 days, however the customer will be responsible for two-way shipping charges.

1-Year Fabric Warranty
All products come with a 1-year exchange warranty on fabric, subject to the following terms:

• Valid only for natural tearing or peeling off due to normal wear and use.
• Not valid if the damage is caused by a sharp object, misuse, or external force.
